My husband and his family booked in498A came on bail. Now DVC is in
trials. I unable to show any proof of his property and business details
bcz he is doing poultry business. As agriculture and rotation no proof. If i go
for divorce can i get maintenance and my son maintenance and strudy cost
from him. Why bcz no proof.
How can i get details of his property lands and plots.
pl. advise what steps should i take to get maintenance.

you may assess his income as per your knowledge and accordingly claim the maintenance even though you do not have proof of the same. by the facts of the case viz. details of poultry farm, livestock etc. you may establish your claim.
What about his Income tax returns ? What about his life style ? does he have Credit Cards ? What about travelling abroad or In India ?His property and rentals ,if any.? Everything needs money . That s how you can judge his income and this is going to be your arguments before the Judge for your claim of maintenance.
If he possesses immovable, approach local registrar office, get its survey number, apply for its copies and file it as docs OR
If u firm that the properties are in ur husband's name, file a suit for maintenance along with IA creating charge over his property by mentioning the same with its four boundaries,
