my husband & his family is not willing to communicate with me or my family regarding future of our relationship. I want to have a mutual divorce. But if they are unwilling to communicate, How will I know that whether they will agree to mutual divorce or not? what should I do?

Madam, if they are unable to communicate than you alone file a Petition for divorce and they have to attend the court and along with divorce file a maintenance case and if they do not appear in court you can get the divorce and maintenance order quite easily and if they appear you can talk and go for mutual consent divorce or you can go on with the case of divorce which they have filed.

in that situation, you may go for a divorce on fault grounds viz. cruelty, desertion etc.
