Can a husband file an adultery case against his wifes lover if she has left his house but not yet divorced but ready to take a divorce ? Can she immediately file a divorce after leaving her husbands house ?
Can the lover get bail even if adultery is proved ?

depending on the facts and proof of adultery available the husband can file a case of Adultery and Bigamy under Indian Penal Code. Wife / husband can apply for divorce any time. Giving Bail or not is the discretion of the Court/ Judge.
