my husband has filed diovrce on mental crueality ground actually he did mental crueality wid me.. now he has got some fake reports of mine stating i tried committing suicide.. dont want to continue wid this relationship but yes want to tach him a lesson. i really want to teach him how does a wife feel whn husband puts wrong alligation just to get rid off from wife.. and how does it feel to be in the court every month..

what action should I take plz advice..

he used to beat me under influence of ahcohal i dont have any medical to prove tht.. plz suggest

You may not have stated all the facts here. It is not clear in what connection you are being made to visit court every month ?

Your remedies possibly could be : filing a criminal complaint of 'cruelty' under Section 498-A IPC as well as proceeding under the Domestic violence Act.
