my husband has filed divorce case which is now dismissed 45 days before due to the non-payment of maintenance which was allowed u/s 24. but my husband refused to pay the maintenance and judge was imposing penalty on him on every date. But after 6 months of decision judge dismissed the case .
Now my husband is not giving either maintenance to me or divorce to me.

file a suit for the recovery of maintenance
File a petition for maintenance and residence under the Domestic Violence act . And file a complaint before the crime against women cell for demand of dowry etc and i am sure he would start paying maintenance to you.
you may go for execution of the order of maintenance granted to you u/s 24 of the HMA. even if the divorce is dismissed, you may still keep your application pending and file for execution so that the maintenance can be realized.
