Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband has filed divorce case against me which is now dismissed because he refused to give the maintenance which was allowed u/s 24 with the plea that he is unemployed and he has not having any movable or immovable property.( which is true). because of this reason judge was not able to pass order of attachment of property.
And case was dismissed after six months from the date of order and 40 days before from now
Can i file execution for attachment of property of my father-in-law ??
Note : my father-in-law has already disowned my husband.

in case it is an ancestral property, you may file for attachment of undivided share of your husband.
