Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband filed a divorce case in district court with all false allegations i attended two times there my lawyer filed a transfer petition in high court because travelling with my two kids is very tuff for me it is almost 500kms. my lawyer said he filed transfer petition in highcourt .he bought stay in district court proceedings he said after the case gets transfered to district court where i reside then we will give counter in divorce case. he said it will get easily transfered if i file RCR AND MC CASE in the place where i reside i filed for RCR AND MC it is almost 9 months completed now he is saying that in the district court where my husband filed i should attend once and give counter for that divorce case i asked him that we filed transfer petition in high court know he is saying it is running in high court it will get transfered but i need to attend once and give counter in that district court my dougt is what did he do all these months what happened to the stay in that district court now he is saying once i should attend and give counter if i am asking about that divorce case he is saying it will get transfered please suggest me what is the step i should take should i attend and give counter or again can i again ask for stay till it get transfered please suggest me

if stay is there in high court then why u need to file counter?

plz check status of your high court case.

If u dont know then send me your case details and location and i will try to findout the status of high court case.
