Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband is in US. He filed a divorce case in US and the same was granted to him (as the case was uncontested). Please let me know what can I do.

We were married in India and was a registered marriage.

in case you both were married in india and the marriage was registered in india, the divorce granted by US courts may not be valid. you may file a suit for declaration to declare the divorce as invalid being against indian laws. you may resort to your other legal remedies

simultaneously.

I agree. You may seek a declaration from Indian courts that the divorce decree passed by US Courts is not inoperative and inapplicable.
