husband has filed a divorce case in india and lives in uae divorce case is not finalised by the court it is yet pending can the wife go to sharjah and live where her husband lives also will the embassy help her

There is no occasion for the embassy to provide any help. She may approach the court for appropriate orders.

in case the law at Sharjah does not conflict with the step proposed to be taken by the girl, there may not be any problem in reunion.

you have to file for restitution of conjugal rights or under domestic violance act and after court order other country may allow you to reside together.
