My husband has filed divorce case against me but judge has cancelled it because my husband
refuse to give the maintenance which judge has allowed me in u/s 24 . Judge keep on imposing fine on him for six months.
After six months judge dismissed the case
Case was dismissed in April i.e 40 days before from now .
Can i still file execution for that order ?
what is maximum time to file execution ?

yes, you can file execution of the order of maintenance and the same may be filed within 12 yrs of issuance of the order.
