my husband has filed a divorce case against me .we are living separate for past two years and my two cases are also going on for dowry and domestic violence can i make an appeal for alimony as court has ordered him to pay 2000 per month as interim exp but not a single penny has been paid i am now fed up very much as no results are coming out what should i do please guide.what is the procedure to fight against the allegation put by him we dont have any kids.......

You may file another application u/s 24 HMA for maintenance, litigation expenses etc. If he does not pay the maintenance, then divorce case will not be even heard.

you have got many options / acts under which you can get maintenance but in this case you may complain to the court that passed order for interim maintenance and get the same executed thru the court.
