Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi my husband has filed divorce case on mental cruelty actually he did mental cruelty wid me he used to beat me under influence of alcohol.. i dont have any medical to proof tht..

he has got some false report of mine stating i tried commiting suicide on tht basis he is damn sure tht he will get divorce..

since no kinds are involved and he has put wrong alligation on me just to get rid off coz he is involved somewhere out.. I really want to teach him a lesson how does it feel to go to the court every month..

Plz advice me wht action or cases i can filed against him he has retained all my articals n not willing to give thm back.

You may institute criminal proceedings against him under Section 498-A and 406 of I.P.C. You may also consider appropriate action including claim towards damages etc. under Domestic Violence Act.
