if a husband has filed divorce petition and wife has left home giving written information in court got the case transfered in her own state divorce proceedings is going on can court give orders to live in husbands house or give residential orders who will be responsible if she does any activity or she does suicide or she starts haressing husband and her in laws

If the house is on name of husband then she can get residential orders under domestic violence Act,if the husband taken the plea of such harrasment as mention above then husband can request for paying of accomodation of rent and for more clarification u can call m
court can order but husband can put his option to pay rent in separate accommodation in the locality.
