Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has filed for a divorce 2.5 yrs back and has flown to germany. He was here in India once when the matters were settled mutually in court of law. He has not complied with any of the terms and is not appearing before the court of law too. I am facing the mental trauma of attending the proceedings whenever they are heard and i just want to finish the matters fast. What should i do ?

If tries to delay the case, you may seek striking off his defence. However, the courts will follow its own register and there is hardly anything you may do to expedite the case except that you should not delay the case from your side.
