Legal Question in Family Law in India

if husband has filed false petition in court (epilepsy), whereas wife has gone through depression after 1/2 year of mariage life, then wife is also a working woman, husband is also showing fake salary slip, husband is only son of his parents and also has a sister. house is in the name of mother, then also wife can get maintenance, property share or not and how can she find out real income of husband, also not ready to give istridhan and there is no child. wife salary- Rs 17,000 pm, husband- Rs 90,000 pm including commission but no proof
