my husband is in US. i first filed for a mutual consent he didnt turn uop now i filed for maintainence he is not giving that since 4 yrs either his brother or father turns up. can i issue an arrest warrant for him

Why dont you file a complaint against your husband before Crime against Women Cell which ,if not settled , will become FIR against him and his family. You should file a petition under the Domestic Violence Act for interim Maintenance ,residence etc. Once your husband is cornered ,he would pay all pending maintenance etc.Dont worry ,you have lot of rights under the law use it intelligently.

matter regarding maintance he has to pay. If he not then ask to court issue a arraste warrant.
