Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has filed RCR. Can he get exempted from giving monthly maintenance/permanent alimony from doing so? My husband is a software engineer & earns around 50, 000 pm .Hw much monthly maintenance can i get? The case is in Guwahati Family court. Hw much permanent alimony can i expect?

depending upon how were you living when together with your husband. whether or not husband has any other liability be it may of parents. BUt he cannot get exemption merely because he filed RCR
