Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has filled divorce case in ranchi and i am staying in gujarat alon with my one year old daughter with my parents.he has made paper publication.i had predicted for transfer in supreme court as i cant travel too and fro with one year old daughter.also my cant travel alone.my petition number has arrived.Noe hearing is on 4th nov and still transfer is not done and petition has been done in supreme court.My advocate told me that he will keep stay befor 4th Nov but i am not sure.Also because of bay health i cant travel.Can my advocate attend the hearing to stop ex-party decision.
