Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband filled divorce case in ranchi.there after i filled 498, domestic violence and maintenance case in baroda.I have applied for transfer of divorce case but still not transferred.No i heard from my relatives that he is doing second marriage.We are still not divorced.How can i stop this marriage.Now bpdy of there in ranchi know that what he has done to me and my daughter.He has told them false strory flamming me faulty.can i give in paper regarding the cases running in baroda to him.will it helpfull to stop marriage.I think nobody know that cases are running in baroda.Pls suggest.I stiil love him and i dont want to divorce him.also i ma having a baby.

you may seek an injunction against his intending second marriage by filing a case in civil courts
