Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband has filled divorce.we both are staying in different state .he has filled in his state.there after i have filled 498, domestic violence and maintenance.but neither he is appearing for this cases nor for divorce case filled by him.i have applied for transfer of a case so i am also not appearing for divorce case.can case will continue or i am not geeting whyu he is not appearing
