my husband gave me separetion and took my child,kept my child with his parents, not even i saw my child for 6 years.and after separetuon i am staying with him only to compromise every thing.forgive.but still nothing has change for these all years so, i want to apply for divorce now.want my jewllary back worth 5 laks.want to see my child.i am a b.com graduate and diploma in hotel management.my husband is central government employee.can i see my child at least onces in a month.get my items back.

you can also apply for child custody, file petition for divorce and get back your belongings.
You may file appropriate proceedings for all the reliefs you are asking; starting with an application to the police u/s 498-A and 406 IPC; you may seek divorce on the ground of cruelty and claim maintenance which should be approx 1/3 - 1/4 of his salary. You are entitled to regular visiting rights to meet with the child.
