Is there any right for my husband to get my girl baby (minor) from me to keep it with him. Since he is threatening me that he will prove me as mental and take my baby with him. Is there any possibility as per law. Also, he can come torture me if I stay alone with my baby since my parents says that he will come and give me problem if I stay alone and no body can help/support me by staying with me. I cant give up my job. As per law how do I avoid him in giving me problem when I stay alone with my baby. Advice me.

making allegations is easy but proving is difficult and in most cases impossible so don't worry about threats by your husband.
if you are doing a job then who is taking care of your baby in your absence. he cannot prove you crazy as you doing a job but he can prove that the welfare of the child does not lie with you if you leaving your daughter in a creche and coming late night home. if your husband is staying with his parents, he may get the custody on this ground.
