My husband is giving in DVC only 1,000/- as we are not having any evidence
of his Water Plant business.(He shown that he is a daily wage workmen in that industry) All are on his mother's name. I hv 8 years old son. Again we approched court for maintenance. Now 498A is in trials My husband is not with me from 3 years. I am alone living in his father's named house. One day when i went to my mother place without my permission he shifted articals. I complined about this to police station they called my husband and arrangedthe article to keep in the same house. Due to living alone and no support i went to my mother and staying with my mother. The house key is with me only after the issue my husband never come to the house also.
Sir can i take the article with me where i was staying I am not having any bills of the house articles. I doubt if i shift may he make complaint against me in same police station?
And also sir can i give the house for rent (bcz Rs. 1,000/- is not sufficient for me
and my son).
Can i request the judge thru my lawyer for this.
The house is on my father-in-law's name he is not living in that house. He is
living in another area in their water plant along with my husband and mother-in-law.
I hv not taken divorce. DVC and 498A cases are moving.

If Rs 1000/- is insufficient than you have to file a Petition for enhancement as all the rates have gone up U/s 127 of crpc, if the earlier order is passed under crpc, or if the order is passed under DV Act than there is also a provision for the same, further you can shift only your belongings to your parents house and as far as giving the house on rent is concerned it cannot be done as it is not of your ownership and your father in law may file a suit against you.
