Legal Question in Family Law in India

Me and my husband hail from India.Our child is a US born citizen..as I was in US for my delivery.Is there a possibility of staying legally in US becuase we don't want to stay in India

Dear Client,

Your child is born in USA and he acquires US citizenship. This does not mean that you people get US citizenship. To stay in US you need to get citizenship. You can apply for US citizenship.

Your stay in USA has to be independent of your child's immigration status. ONLY an adult can sponsor another relative. The child may sponsor you after attaining the age of 21.
