Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has harrased and troubled me a lot.i don want to just leave him like that,i wish to file a 498 a and a DV case against him.can i withdraw this case when i feel like.and if i have to book these cases ,where should i file and what are requirements for it.if my husband had taken an anticipatory bail,what should i do.i even want his company to know about his conduct,can i send a copy to them also.
