Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has illegal children and married twice in different country. Now he forcefully divorced me. Will his previous marriages be legal now?

You have not mentioned your nationality and religion. If you are Hindus and Indian citizens, the previous marriage will be null and void. Even divorce could not be by "force". You may elaborate your problem by writing an email.
