Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband is an indian but australian citizen now.i was married in dec 2009.he return back to australia within ten days after wedding from that day to till date he always have a new excuse for not applying my spouse visa even denied to sponsor my tourist visa.and now he is saying that indian marriages are not valid in australia .after marriage i m staying with my parents.marriage was registered in civil court and solemonised acc to indian rituals.please suggest what i can do in this situation.if i want to complaint against him where ican do that?and how i can enter to australia.and i dont want to divorce him in anycase? i want to have all my rights .please suggest what i can do ?

what has been the reason of his refusing to call you to australia. where are his parents. are they also in australia or india. it is better if you let your parents speak to his parents and sort this matter amicably and incase they do not agree, there are legal ways such as claiming maintenance, damages, compensation etc......but in case he does not want to stay with you, no law in our country can compel him to stay with you.
