but my husband is not intrested to take mutual consent diverse because he give some settlement to my son that's why he is not giving diverse to me. i dont' want money to me. i want money to my son only plz give suggestions which type is necessary.

you can file for divorce and let your husband contest the petition. In the divorce case you can ask for maintenance for both of you i.e you and your son. Otherwise you can file maintenance case u/s 125 Cr Pc.
