Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi my husband is keeping the child with him from last 3 years , my son is now 5 years old I have put a custody of the child case almost two years back but till now I have not got any judgement , the case is their for cross examination but the otherside has not responded Is there any other way of getting my son custody Please help

Since the case is at the stage of evidence, not much has been left. Meanwhile, during the interregnum, you may apply for interim custody and/or visitation of the child.
