my husband and in laws harassed me a lot n now forcing for divorce but iam not interested to give.
they forcibly made me to move out of the house..so from 6 months iam staying away from them..they are creating many stories on me to cover their mistakes.i prepared to file 498a n DVC..hope i will get maintanence as iam dependent on him...if i file does it comes under applying for divorce.
he is very arrogant n not even cooperating to talk so all the attempts made by the mediators got failed.he has no respect for women..especially on educated..inferior in nature.. he doesnt allow me to read newspaper even.house arrested n i should not talk with my parents also to him wife is for cooking ,dusting n to satisfy his pleasure.verbally as well physically he harassed me alot saying i can enjoy one women after the other as iam having enough money..so i dont want to leave him normally if so the next innocent women after me will have to face the same harrassement cos of his abnormal behaviour

Take charge of your life and dont let your Husband walk over you. You can claim maintenance and residence from him under the Domestic Violence act without staying with him or Divorcing him. You can also file a complaint before the Crime against Women Cell for dowry, torture etc against him and his family.
