my husband left me alone and went away and now want a divorce as i am all alone i don't want to divorce,he take awy all my belongigns with him and mine was love marriage,his family is harrassing me to divorce him

you can file a case under Domestic Violence Act against them.

You are entitled to file a criminal case under Sections 406/498-A of Indian Penal Code; you may seek return of all your "istridhan"; and may seek 'prosecution' of your husband/in-laws who may be guilty of committing any 'cruelty' upon you.
