Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband left the house and now staying with his family,as he is the only earning member in my family,me and my 14 yrs daughter are financially very insecured .He left the house before 2 weeks, and he did it many times before and after some time he returned throuth a drammatic situation.This tima i am very much tired with him, what can i do in this situation?

Approach the court to get Maintenance amount and mention about his disappearance time and again.

Dont worry you both will get good maintenance amount.

you can issue notice to your husband for maintenance for self and your daughter.
