Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband lives in Australia. Since the last one and a half years I have been sending court summons to him through the Minisstry of law and justice, but nthing fruitful has happened so far. What do i do now an what is the procedure and cost invoved in publication of summons/

the summons need to be sent through ministry of external affairs, foreigners division or needs to be sent directly to the indian embassy/consulate in Australia to be served upon your husband by ordinary process. i may have to go through court orders to help you better.

You should seek court's permission to serve him on his last known address in India; or else upon the Embassy of the country of his residence in India.
