my husband is in living relationship with a girl from last 4 years while marry to me .now he through me out of the house and living with that girl.he spoil my life. i have photographs and emails as a proof can i file a case of adultry or bigamy which one is better and is it possible to prove adultry on the basis of photographs and emails

In my opinion, you should not consider his prosecution for bigamy or adultry at this stage; instead, you may consider appropriate relief under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act - demand shared accommodation and damages;
In the proposed criminal litigation for bigamy or adultry, you do not get any financial relief and he is not burdened with any monetary liability; first strengthen yourself financially at this stage.
My opinion may change IF you are financially strong and just want revenge.
Yes you can file both cases as mentioned by you. In addition you can file a petition under the DV Act for interim maintenance and residence etc.

bigamy cannot be filed as he has not married that girl. you may seek divorce on the ground of adultery.
