Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband and I are living seperately for the past 6 months. I want to file a divorce. But he would not gv mutual consent neither will he contest. It will be ex-parte. Is 6months seperation enough 4 ex-parte divorce?

No, you rquire a seperation period of one year, which cannot be condoned by the court.

dear client u require atleast one year separation to file divorce. after one year u can ask divorce and if yr husband will not appear in the case court can grant ex-party divorce. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
