if husband is living with wife in a rent house & husband father-mother will evict(Means bedakhal kar de)then can husband abscond from that rent house without any information to in laws and wife.So can wife file a case or any arrest to husband?

I am asking this question because in laws going to file a case of 498a before that a compromise held between relatives that husband and wife will live in a rent house(Decided by Wife parents) but husband is not happy & husband family sacrifice for that.Husband want to live with their family.

So i want to know that can husband abscond from that rent house to any other city?

What is the procedure if any father-mother want to evict(Bedakhal) his son?

in this situation, instead of escaping from there, it is better for the husband to join his parents and file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights where he pleads before the court that his wife be directed to stay with his parents along with husband. even if she goes for 498a, the RCR would act as a defence for the husband and his relatives. there is no need of bedakhal of son.
