my husband have a lots of properties flats, many bank account , car, plots ,shares, LIC But he denied by affidavit and I have no proof of it .he only accepted that he has taken a car on loan and sumitted a car loan paper in court in which only chessis number is mentioned. He also denied that he has any LIC but when he submitted bank account statement in it mention that he has deposited some mony for LIC . I am not knowing his pan number his birth date was wrong which he give to us before marriage
Q1- is there any way to proof his actual property in court?
Q2-how can I get his income tax return through court ?
Q3- can I have a right to apply application in court to order to him to show his income tax return?

You should file proper application in the court through your lawyer. The Court can order a party to disclose true and correct information on affidavit. If found false, he may be prosecuted for perjury.
you may obtain the certified copies of property from the Registrar of Properties. you may also hire a lawyer to do the needful.
you can ask your lawyer to give notice to produce documents to your husband as per civil procedure code.
