Legal Question in Family Law in India

i was away from my husband 4m last 6months..they were forcing me to give divorce but iam not interested..my husband n in laws harassed me a lot and forcibly made me to move out of their house .how many years can i stay seperate from my husband? if so can he take any advantage to apply for divorce.all the mediators tried but my husband n in laws were still very arrogant.

in what way can i claim my maintanence as iam dependent on him.
