Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can a husband make any claim on any of the assets legally and clearly bought in the name of his wife ( such as house, mutual fund etc), if they were bought from money earned by his as the only earning member of the nuclear family? What about gold bought during Diwali time?

If he has taken all the papers for mutual funds bought in her name, how can she recover them?

Can he claim these assets to be part of alimony after 11 years of marriage and 2 yrs of living separately?

in case the husband has a proof that he is the one who bought these assets, then these assets would surely form the part of alimony.
