My Husband has mentioned that I am getting a salary of 15000 and has also mentioned my account number also. Can court ask me to produce bank statement or if i deny then will this would be the duty of husband to produce that. I f he produce bank statement that has been obtained from bank without my consent.than court would be punishing him or not.

You are not suppose to play hide seek with court. Court may ask you to produce the bank statement and if you deny , then in that case the court may draw adverse inference about you. please note as under that
- You owe a duty of trust towards learned court.
- Though in practical terms you may deny handing over the account statement of your but The court has all due powers to get it retrieved from the bank.
- If your husband get the same arranged from some alternate ways, you may always challenge the banks power to do the same without intimating you.
- Court wont be punishing your husband for presenting your true statements of bank account.
