My husband is a nri not a green card holder left me in india in jan 2011. Not even a penny help till date. Returned only half of my jwelleries rest kept with themselves. I have not file a case against him. I need my jweeleries back and divorce peacefully.

I need to know that he is a NRI but not a Green card holder ,what do you mean by this statement ? Under which non immigrant visas he is in USA or Canada ?
