Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband has opened many firms on the names of his family members and even his old employees in order to save income tax .... in actuall his income is more than 200000 per month ... however the same is not shown in the books ...but i'm aware of his all firms ..i have applied for dv case how will my mentainence be calculated i even have the details of hih bank accounts in various banks

you can include the name of all the firm and benami transactions taking place in order to get a favourable order from the court concerned in your maintenance case.
