When husband reads MOU, he fined two major notes
1) where as after the marriage both the members of the first part(husaband) and other part (wife)lived together at xxxxx place from dd-mm-yyyy till dd-mm-yyy but the marriage was not consummated and the member of the other part continues to be a virgin.
2) Whereas the member of the other part(wife) took sleeping pills on dd-mm-yyyy as member of the first part did not show any interest in consummating the marriage and she was admitted in the hospital by Mr.xxxxx, bother in law of the First Part.
Where as the member of the other part was taken away by her parents to their house . after she was discharged from the hospital on dd-mm-yyyy and has be living with them since then. Whereas the member of the other part filed a criminal cas under section 498a IPC and under section 3,4,6 of the D.P. Act against the member of the first part(husband) and same is pending disposal.
Above two points again looking same as normal arguments cases and not look like MOU.
If wife expecting including the point marriage was not consummated how Husband can drop MOU
And suggest above two points.

You are hardly affected either way. try to expedite this settlement and buy peace.
All such points can be started with a note of to clear the misunderstanding between the parties- and then mention whatever was the misunderstanding which stands cleared. That will look like MOU and a compromise.
