My Husband has an relationship with another women for past 2 years and now he his mistreating and behaving badly with me and my daughter of 14 years old and 6 years old boy. He is beating her up for no reason. He is Central Govt Employe, we stay in Govt Quaters. He is telling everyone that I have psychological problem so i want to go to my mother house. Actually he is planing to get rid out of me & he wants to take away the Govt Quarters where we are staying now. We are Muslims I afraid he might take to Mosque procedures where its allowed to marry as of four numbers. Now in this case, what should I do to take safe guard for myself and my two childrens life in my custody and for maintenance of us he is not supporting these days also.

you may file a complaint under domestic violence act and seek restraint orders against your husband from committing physical cruelty against you. the court may also direct the protection officer to protect you in the aggravated situation. you may also seek maintenance for yourself and your children.
You can claim maintenance for yourself and your children.
File a petition under the Domestic Violence act .
Besides filing a complaint with his employer, and taking action under DVA and other laws, you may also file a petition claiming maintenance u/s 125 Cr. P. C.
