Legal Question in Family Law in India

I and my husband are residents goa. Whr our marriage registration happens before proper mariage as per hindu act. Howervr aftr registration I hv found out some things and now want to cancel the registration. Since we did not hv a social customory marriage. Do I hv to take divorce? Wht is the procedure in my case? My husband is not ready for mutual divorce.

main thing is to see whether registration of marriage is under which law. If registration of marriage has taken place according to Hindu Law, you will have to either get the marriage annuled, or get divorce.
