my husband returned few jewellery articles in women cell however what ever jewellery my inlaws had gifted me on wedding they got the same designs made artificial but i accepted them as i didn't want to loose jewellery gifted by my parents . however during the police revovery raid i got few jewellery gifted to me by them which was the real jewellery now i'm having the artificial as well as the real one which i have got released on superdaari . I even got the jewellery which my husband had claimed that i had worn while leaving the matrimonial home .. i want to ask will it be of any help in the case especially 406 ....pls tell me

Yes, it will. It is clear evidence of breach of trust and the property (jewellery) having been recovered from them. Secondly, you can also file a complaint against the husband for having given false evidence to the police and thus to the court and for having given artificial jewellery knowing and wilfully as the real has been recovered later.
