what if husband sell his first property to buy big property in same town additionally take combined hsg loan first name of wife & second name of husband, if both claims property then who is officially owner of the property?

you have not clarified whether it is the hsg loan in the name of wife and husband OR both the loan and property are in the name of wife and husband. For answer to your question what matters is the title of the property and not the hsg loan. if the property is in the name of wife and husband both are equal owners unless ratio is otherwise defined in the title.

If the property is in the name of husband alone then he is the owner and if the property is in the name of both husband and wife then in that case both of them are the owners.

if he buy the property in his name he is the owner but if he but the property in joint then both of them is the owner
