Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband stays with his parents and they have assets worth 1.5 crore. He has shown Rs.10,000/- as his monthly income. My husband doesn't want to keep me with him. So in case of separation am I eligible for any share in the asset. In this given situation, how much alimony I should be getting. I don't have any job or professional qualification.

If the assets are in your FIL or MIL name you will not be eligible for share but if your husband is the owner you can claim share in court. For alimony you are eligible
