husband submitted wrong address in his divorce petition Q1-upto which stage i can file crpc340? Q2- is there any time limit/time bard period?

Submitting wrong address does not amount to perjury unless it is submitted on oath. 340 can be filed anytime before judgment is pronounced. Read more on family and criminal law on my website www.karvai.in
