Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband is suffering from erectile dsyfunction and i have evidence like doctors prescription with his name and name of the problem and the tablets printout too, which he was asked to use for cure, as he is suffering from ED, and as you lawyers sujjested, if i go for divorse based on mutual acceptence or for annulment, how long would each process take, i got married 2 months ago and this is 3rd month. am eager to know this coz i hve to decide about my future and make my own arrangements to live
